if you are going to travel by car you will find three, free parks one on thorley lane, one on park road, and a larger one at the back of timperley library. other local off street parking is also in the area.
timperley village is around a 15 minute walk from the timperley metro station
if you are arriving by coach to altrincham, its a short cab ride to timperley and will cost around a fiver
on the train to manchester piccadilly? again you can use the metro service, which takes around 30 minutes.
local shops are open on a sunday morning for snacks and drinks, and a public toilet is available in timperley village.
